How are new employees integrated into operations at Detecon?
All new employees receive a welcome package containing all of the important information they require. The “New Colleagues Day”, when the most important heads and departments introduce themselves, serves as a first networking step and gives you an overview of the services offered by Detecon. The integration of graduates and professionals is supplemented by our Young Consultant Network (YCN) – a worldwide forum of young consultants in which integration, networking, and development of young consultants is given top priority. The integration is rounded out by our mentoring program (see Question 12). Moreover, our new employees learn the consulting business by a “learning by doing” process in the project work – under the supervision of experienced consultants.
