How are my older statements and correspondence stored in My Secure Messages? Will they be deleted after a certain point?
If you were enrolled in eCorrespondence, statements and messages sent to you after March 31, 2009 will be stored in your My Secure Messages inbox for 12 months, after which time they are removed. To retain your statements and messages prior to the end of the 12-month time frame, you may save them to your computer, a CD, a flash drive, or a floppy disk.
