How are my data and the Web site protected against system failures?

The DocLanding application and all data are “mirrored” on other servers. As you save files or make changes in your DocLanding POINT, the application periodically updates the mirrored information. If a system failure occurs, the application will seamlessly switch over to the other servers until any issues on the primary servers are resolved. These and other layers of redundancy in our system provide reliably high system uptime. We also make nightly backups of data that are taken to an off-site location.
