How are my contributions to PeekYou monitored?
Any tag you submit will be immidiately visible to the public only if our admins have already preapproved it for content-appropriateness and spelling. If your tag does not immediately show up, it is probably because the tag-word is new to our database and no admin has had the chance to review and approve it yet. As soon as our admins approve it, the tag will appear on the profile you have submitted it to. The links you submit are also subject to monitoring, but they are reviewed after they become visible to the public. The review process of links can be accelerated on a case by case basis if any PeekYou user brings innapropriate links to our attention. If we determine the links in listHeader to be improper, we will review the entire history of the contributer’s activity on PeekYou, and if necessary, take disciplinary measures against the offender, including blocking or deleting his or her account.
