We recommend that you submit your claim to the primary insurer as soon as possible, if appropriate to do so. Then, based on the result of the primary insurer payment, you should bill Medicare. If you are running into timely filing, submit the claim to us with the necessary MSP information. If timely filing has expired you must submit a hardcopy claim, and include a written request as to why timely filing should be overridden.
