How are mobility providers selected?
Your counselor will work with you in providing a list of current DARS-approved mobility providers for you to select from. You should consider the availability of the provider in the proximity of your residence, keeping in mind that you will be returning for routine maintenance and warranty checks. Then, you should visit the locations personally to determine if you are comfortable with their services, ask to speak to some of the customers about their services, inquire about availability of roadside assistance and any other pertinent questions you may have prior to making your final selection or choice of provider.
