Microsoft’s End User License Agreements (EULAs) may be included in on-line or hard copy form in Microsoft’s software products. A single hard-copy EULA accompanies most full packaged retail product and OEM product. In the case of OEM Windows 98 there is only an on-line EULA. In addition, hard-copy EULAs are distributed via Microsoft License Paks. A License Pak authorizes the making and use of additional copies of previously licensed Microsoft products. These License Paks include a single license and registration card only; there is no media or manual included with the License Pak. License Paks come in three “sizes”, that is licenses for use of 1, 5, or 20 copies of the particular product shown on the License Pak, and the number of uses granted in the license is noted on the front of the EULA.
