How are Mentors chosen? Will my Mentor change every rotation?

Some Mentors are graduates of the Fellows Program; others are not. Mentors are chosen by the management team and will be paired with Fellows based on shared experiences as much as possible. The Mentor assigned to each incoming Fellow will remain with the Fellow for the entire two years.
