How are members identified to receive WAPS CDCs?
In July (SSgts and TSgts) and August (A1C and SrA) each year, the Base Level Military Personnel System identifies members meeting the basic eligibility criteria for the next years promotion cycle. The system automatically sends a request for WAPS CDC material to the AFIADL for each eligible member. AFIADL processes the orders, prints and distributes the CDCs to each members unit. Unit WAPS monitors distribute the CDCs to the individual members.
