How are Lunapads different from other washable pads?

Most washable pads have an “envelope” design where you put liners inside the main pad, making you have to change the entire pad when it feels uncomfortably wet. With Lunapads, the liners sit on top of the main pad, so all you have to do is swap out the liner, which can be easily be done as often as you desire throughout the day.
