How are lost time wages calculated?
The weekly amount of payment that the injured worker is entitled to is sixty-six and two-thirds percent (66 2/3%) of their average weekly wage, subject to a minimum and maximum rate provided by statutes. The rates for injuries occurring in 2010 are a minimum of $142.36 and maximum of $711.79. The average weekly wage is determined by wage information submitted by the employer.
