How are logs rated for energy efficiency?
Our homes heat and cool very nicely and very cost efficiently. I put electric heat pumps in almost all of my homes. Many, many customers have told me how happy they have been with their power bills. Our logs have excellent thermal mass characteristics. This is how the energy calculations are done with logs. To make a long story short, they hold heat very well, and they stay cool for a long time.
