Live Draft Auto Leagues and List Draft Auto Leagues are exactly the same in terms of number of teams, roster configuration, player pool, scoring system, etc. The only difference between the two are that Live Draft Auto Leagues will use a Live Draft and List Draft Auto Leagues will use a List Draft. This ensures that managers do not feel they are at a disadvantage by being forced to join Live Draft Auto Leagues if they can’t or don’t want to run a Live Draft, but also managers have the choice to participate in a Live Draft if they prefer that method of drafting. Neither type will have a Commissioner to manage the league.
