How are licences enforced?
Licences are “enforced” through licence files that users download for each of their sites. Licence files specify the date on which the licence expires for each of that site’s package deployments. If you have registered a package that runs in the Rails environment, the easiest way for you to check that a deployment of the package is licenced is to require file rails_wheels.
