How are last minute cancellations by SHOWT members treated?
• As busy hoteliers and hotel executives, it is recognised that there may be occasions when you are forced to cancel arrangements at the last minute. If this occurs, you will not be penalised in any way and the number of free days of accommodation allocated to you will remain intact until the end of the SHOWT year under which these days have been allocated to you. If any of your free days are remaining at the end of the SHOWT year in question, these will be reduced to zero [See question 19, above].
