Most practitioners, including government at all levels, already have a BC OnLine account set up for performing title searches and retrieving copies of plans and documents. The same BC OnLine account can also be used to pay the land title fees for application of electronic documents and plans. The funds in this account are used to pay statutory fees for land title services, but not Property Transfer Taxes.
