We MUST have 2 sets of keys given to your sitter at the “Meet and Greet”. If you are unable to provide 2 keys at the Meet and Greet we will need to return and there will be a key pick-up fee for this extra service.n. One key is for kept by the sitter the other is kept in the office for emergencies. Your keys are stored in a secure location in our homes, they are marked with a number so that your address and name never appear on them, this is done for your peace of mind and protection.
