How are ITRC customers using ITRC Internet-based training to meeting their continuing education needs?
ITRC does not formally offer continuing education documentation or related credits for our Internet-based training courses. However, we know that many people are able to use ITRC’s Internet-based training courses to help meet their continuing education needs. Here are examples: • Oklahoma’s Petroleum Storage Tank Division approved five ITRC Internet-based training courses for their continuing education requirements which were related to their program interests in 2006. • New York’s Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) allows ITRC Internet-based training courses to meet continuing education requirements for DEC employees. • Iowa’s Underground Storage Tank (UST) Section may pre-approve UST-related ITRC Internet-based training courses and accept them for continuing education when they are taken at the state’s office or through the Environmental Professionals of Iowa and include an on-site sign-in sheet Please talk with your organization or appropriate licensing board for their r
