How are InvestPlus deals typically structured, and who does what?
In most deals InvestPlus Properties sets out to do everything that is outlined in “The InvestPlus Role”. Most investments are available through and offering memorandum with a limited partnership. The investor’s contribution to the subject property is financial only. In other words, the investors provide the funds require to purchase the building, in some cases all of the funds, and InvestPlus does all the work.
