How are Intrax participants screened?
All program candidates are carefully screened by Intrax and our Partner Network. Work Travel participants must be full-time university students and have a conversational level in English. In addition, they must demonstrate they are capable of financially supporting themselves. You may also have the opportunity to meet applicants face-to-face if recruiting through our International Recruiting Tours. Internship participants must be currently enrolled in a university or post secondary institution or have recently graduated from one of these institutions. Participants must also speak advanced English. In addition participants have an in-person interview to determine their motivations for the program. As part of the placement process, you have the opportunity to review the candidates’ resumes, references, and speak with them over the phone. Training participants must have an undergraduate degree or certificate from a post secondary institution with one year of work experience in their occup
