How are interviews arranged?
For Phone Number Access customers, you will need to contact the job seeker to schedule an interview. In the case of a job seeker who doesn’t have his or her own mobile phone number, you would telephone the mobile phone number given in the record, which could belong to a friend or relative. For Assisted Search customers, babajob will facilitate a set of interviews with potential candidates for you.
