A. You will have the ability to upload images for each of your listings when adding a listing to the system. Because disk space and bandwidth are not unlimited, and to insure that your images load quickly for your site visitors, your images must be formatted and optimized for the web prior to uploading. The designer assigned to your account will provide you with the size and weight specs for your listing images. You will need to use the graphic program on your computer to size and optimize your images…most graphic programs, not photo editors, have the ability to optimize your images for the web. If you try to upload an image that has not be sized and optimized correctly, the upload will not be successful. 99% of the problems we see are due to images not being sized and optimized correctly.
