How are IFS rates determined?
For CRDF-Funded Awards: The maximum allowable daily, monthly, and/or quarterly rates are set by CRDF and may vary among programs. The program limits are established in the CRDF program announcement for each CRDF program and they are specified in the project agreement. Therefore, quarterly maximums used by one CRDF award program may not apply to awards under another. Rates are also determined by the type of personnel. Below is a table with suggested guidance on IFS rates. Again, please note that the rates below may not apply in all CRDF award programs. You should consult the specific Program Announcement to which you applied/are applying for the specific guidelines that apply.
