How are hours distributed among the teachers on the recall list?

The complete answer is found in clauses 11-2.04.1 or 13-3.05.1 but they can be summarized as requiring that starting with the qualified teacher who has the most hours on the list, the school board must offer her or him a suitable post, and one that is as complete as possible – 20 to 24 (25 because of scheduling) hours per week to the annual maximum of 800 hours (Adult Sector) or 720 hours (Vocational Sector). The process is then repeated with a qualified teacher who is not on the list before proceeding to the next available (but non-qualified) teacher on the list.
