For out of town tournaments, the team travel coordinator will reserve a block of rooms (at a discounted rate) at the chosen hotel. Notification of the location is usually available a few weeks in advance of the tournament date. Parents are responsible for confirming their reservations in a timely manner and taking care of all room charges.
