How are holiday employees trained?
All of our store employees, including our seasonal employees, go through an initial 40 hours of training as it relates to serving customers and understanding products. We also offer ongoing training for employees so they can stay familiar with the hottest and newest technologies. Our best employees are those who enjoy serving customers and understanding customer needs and love the products we sell. Their enthusiasm leads to the best experiences for customers.
