How are hall and roommate assignments made?
Returning students select their rooms during the spring term for the following fall term. Students new to BCHS are assigned a residence hall room during the summer and receive their assignments in late July or early August. Students whose deposits are received before the May 1st priority deadline will be placed first. Priority is determined by the date on which the housing deposit is received by the Office of Housing/Residence Life. If you request to live with a particular person, and that person requests you, every effort will be made to honor that request. If you do not indicate a preference, the information on the housing application will be used to choose a suitable roommate.
