All three GoBible models are powered by one AAA battery that will power the device for more than 20 hours depending on backlight timer useage, which is adjustable.

The GoBible Voyager is powered by a AAA rechargeable li-ion battery that is included. This battery may be charged by either the usb cord to a computer or using the usb cord and the AC adapter, a wall socket. You may not use the Voyager while it’s recharging. The Original GoBible and Traveler models are powered by one AAA battery that will power the device for more than 20 hours depending on backlight timer useage, which is adjustable.
