How are GenSelect Home Kits packaged & shipped?
GenSelect orders are processed, custom-assembled, and packaged in a maximum of 7 business days (often sooner), and then shipped. Actual delivery time following the shipping date depends on the FedEx option you choose (next day, two-day, etc.), and is timed from the day the order is shipped, NOT from the day it is ordered. GenSelect orders are usually shipped via FedEx to obtain a signed delivery receipt. However, FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO addresses. Customers requiring delivery to a P.O. Box or APO address without a signature required forfeit refund privileges. Orders for some countries, such as Mexico and Spain, require shipment via United States Postal Service (USPS) without a signature required for proof of delivery. Customers in these countries agree to order without return priveleges or proof-of-delivery. Special duties or customs fees required for international deliveries are rare, are the responsibility of the purchaser, and cannot be predicted by GenSel
