For the 2006-2007 academic year, a first-time freshman is a student who: indicates that he/she is a first year undergraduate with no prior enrollment on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and Indicates that he/she will not have a bachelor’s degree by July 2006 and Indicates that he/she will not be working on a master’s or doctorate program at the beginning of 2006-2007 and Has no record of enrollment for terms prior to summer 2006 on the HEI system.
