How are financial aid funds disbursed?
Financial aid funds are released around the first day of class each semester. All financial aid funds will be used first to pay any tuition and fees, on-campus housing, and most other debts owed to the University. The excess amount will be disbursed to the student by a mailed paper check or direct deposit, depending on how it has been set up on Student Link. You may then use these funds to pay any other expenses (books, rent, etc.).
