How are fellows affiliated with Ohio State?
For the duration of the program, Kiplinger fellows are full-time employees of The Ohio State University. That means fellows have access to full university benefits, including insurance benefits, accrued vacation time, and up to 9 hours of tuition reimbursement per quarter. As employees, they are expected to work each day, use vacation time for leaves and adhere to other university guidelines.
