How are fees in regard to a .ph domain name dispute administrative proceeding to be paid?
According to the HKIAC Supplemental Rules, fees are to be paid to the HKIAC free of any bank charges, transfer fees or any withholdings, in United States Dollars (US$), by way of cash, cheque, draft or telegraphic transfer. Cheques or drafts are to be made payable to “Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre”.
