According to Article 15(3) of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centres Domain Name Dispute Supplemental Rules, fees are to be paid to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) free of any bank charges, transfer fees or any withholdings, in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) only, by way of cheque, draft or telegraphic transfer. Cheques or drafts are to be made payable to “Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre”.
