How are fees handled?

My practice is fee-for-service. This means that I do not operate under the limitations of insurance companies. You are responsible for payment of fees based on current rates (please call my office for detailed information about current rates). My fees are reasonably set at, or below, market for comparable services. Payment is made in cash or personal check at the beginning of each session and you are provided with a receipt for professional services that you might be able to use for insurance reimbursement or medical expense deductions (please first consult your insurance company or accountant about these possibilities).
