How are family plan minutes billed?
CREDO Mobile family plans are a convenient way for multiple lines to share a set number of monthly minutes. All lines include unlimited CREDO-to-CREDO in-network calls and free night and weekend minutes. Your bill will break down the number of minutes used, as well as any text and Web-browsing charges, for each line on your family plan. (If your family plan includes any text or web browsing plans, the detailed usage will only be itemized if it exceeds your monthly allocation. This allows you to track any overage charges incurred.) The total number of minutes used, across all lines, will be deducted from your monthly plan. Unused minutes do not carry over to the following month. And if you exceed the number of minutes in your plan, you’ll be charged 45ยข per minute.
