Submissions are reviewed by staff and recommendations made to the Board. The Board determines who will be asked to submit a full proposal. Approval of an Expression of Interest does not automatically result in funding approval.

Providing they meet the prerequisites and the minimum points score, Expressions of Interest are accepted into the Pool and ranked according to the number of points scored for employability and capacity building attributes.
