How are expedited content change requests handled?

We make every effort to meet your turnaround expectations. If the change needs to be completed ASAP we will, with an email authorization, commence work immediately (usually within the hour) and work continuously on it until it is complete. The rate for expedited work is 1.5X our normal rate during normal working hours. If we need to work into the night, the rate is 2X the normal rate.
