How Are Executive Coaching Sessions Conducted?
The coaching relationship is entirely about you the valued client. At your personal election, we may meet either by telephone or in person. Most executives do prefer telephone coaching calls as it eliminates travel and time away from their facility. Executive Coaching International provides flexible coaching options to conform with your particular needs. We provide initial 8, 12 and 16 week session packages. The customary engagement is 12 sessions, as initial goal outcomes are typically achieved at this interval. The session schedule consists of weekly coaching calls which are one hour in duration. Additionally, I want to be certain that the coaching process is appropriate for you, and that you will be comfortable working with me as your coach.
