How are ETV awards paid?
Beginning Spring semester 2010, the ETV Program FIRST pays expenses directly for tuition, housing, utilities, bookstores and/or child care facilities, as appropriate. If a youth has already paid the following expenses, then they are to provide proper documentation showing the expenses have been paid. ETV will be able to release the remaining balance of funds once a budget worksheet and purchase voucher are completed. In order for us to cut you a check for any portion of your pro-rated award, YOU MUST COMPLETE AND SIGN THE PARTICIPANT’S STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ENROLLMENT AND SCHOOL ATTENDANCE FORM AND RETURN IT TO US.
