How are ESR access levels defined?
Access to NHS CRS applications is controlled via the definition of roles to NHS CRS Access Control Positions in UIM. If the ESR interface is in use then the assignment of an employee to an ESR position which is linked to an NHS CRS Access Control Position in UIM will automatically ensure that the correct access is granted. Therefore access roles are not directly defined in ESR but are inherited by virtue of the job that an employee does.
