How are ERT points determined?
Auto ERTs receive a total of 100 points as a final ERT score. Standard ERTs are calculated based on the below three elements: • Previous experience as documented in the Questionnaire-up to 70 points, • Plus years of seniority, one point per year up to 20, • Minus up to 20 points from active Corrective Action Memos (CAMS) in your folder, 10 points for each active CAM.
