How are engineering jobs out of state handled?
First we gather the information (depending on the client and project we may request a worksheet be filled) and if possible a meeting, then the quote is issued. Once the quote has been approved, a contract is implemented. Unless you are an existing client company, all out of state jobs will have a contract, please do not take offense but we have found this to be necessary and thank you for understanding. Client is responsible for providing lodging and expenses for travel, no exceptions; other expenses would be in both the quote and contract.
