How are ENERGY SAVING PRODUCTS different from traditional methods of removing scale?
Traditional methods typically attempt to prevent the deposition of foulants (scale, silt, bio-growth, etc.) by periodical manual mechanical scrubbing, and in addition by overloading the cooling water with chemicals and other water softeners. ENERGY SAVING PRODUCTS integrate unique technology and proprietary know-how to prevent the deposition of foulants in condenser tubes using sponge balls to mechanically, continuously wipe the tubes clean, and/or use electrolytic forced scale production in water towers (then automatically draining accumulated scale) to keep systems clean.
