How are Email links different from text links?
Email links are essentially text links with a different tracking variable to enable you to analyze their performance separately. We do not detect if you actually placed the link in an Email. To use the Email link in an HTML Email, insert the linking code into the HTML in the same manner as you would for an ordinary Web page. The only difference in the link is the ‘&type=n’ in the URL, where n is the type of link. &type=3 for text links &type=1 for Email links.
