How are electronic internal file upload errors to be corrected and resubmitted?
• If the dataset fails the system edits that happen before the loading process, an email message listing the rejected documents and error messages will be sent to the submitter. The submitter is responsible for correcting the error and then re-submitting the file. If an error is detected in a document after the loading process, then the document is suspended in the Finance system and can be corrected by the Controller’s Office.
