The CM/ECF system generates a Notice of Electronic Filing — an email message containing a hyperlink to the document filed — whenever a document is filed with the Court. The Notice of Electronic Filing is considered service to parties receiving filing by electronic service. It is the responsibility of the filer to serve all nonelectronic filers by other means.
