Bula A: You re right, dumbbell squats will help. Stand between a pair of medium to heavy dumbbells and reach down to pick them up. Stand erect so your palms are facing toward your legs. Position your feet about shoulder-width apart, your toes angled slightly outward. Focus your eyes at one point at eye level on the wall or mirror in front of you and tense both your back and abdominal muscles in an effort to keep your torso upright as you do this movement. Keeping your torso erect, slowly sink down into a full squatting position. Without bouncing in the bottom position, reverse the movement and slowly straighten legs till you are standing erect. Do 3 sets of 6-8 repetitions. Be sure to inhale as you go down and exhale as you come up. Good luck!
