Wire transfers are the most common form of funds disbursement. However, a check can be provided if one is requested on the Disbursement Authorization Form. Please note that mailing a check results in longer Draw Request turnaround times. In some states, we are required to send funds directly to the title agent who then disburses them to you or your builder.
