How are disagreements between labour and management settled?

0

As the major labour relationship in our globalised society is a relationship between employers in rich countries and workers in poor countries( with several middle men in between) then the regulations over the work conditions, job security, wages, are very much in favour of the employers and often deadly for the workers. So for most of the workers who produce the consumer goods which we buy so cheaply their disagreements simply do not get onto the agenda, they die, are sacked, are injured with no compensation and no governance over their conditions of work..
